How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Stickchemistry Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Stickchemistry Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, we would like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. One thing to know: Stickchemistry Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@stickchemistry.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

You will get an email from us confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
